Ron Chabot is a lifelong Brevard County resident, Cocoa High graduate, U.S. Army veteran, longtime community leader, and candidate for Cocoa City Council District 4. He is running to give back to the city he calls home and help bring teamwork, responsible growth, stronger parks, and resident-focused leadership to Cocoa.

A Lifetime of Service to Brevard and Cocoa

Ron Chabot has spent his life serving the community through leadership, volunteer work, civic involvement, and decades of professional experience. A Cocoa High graduate and U.S. Army Military Police veteran, Ron returned home after his service and built a 43-year career with Carroll Distributing Company, including 20 years as a senior manager.

Throughout his career, Ron has worked with local charities, civic groups, community organizations, youth programs, and public service initiatives across Brevard County. His passion has always been simple: bring people together, work as a team, and make the community stronger.

Ron's leadership background includes more than four decades in business, years of senior management experience, military service, and leadership roles with numerous community organizations. He has served as a board member and president for multiple civic and charitable groups, including the Joe Realino Memorial Fund, Brevard County Sheriff's Camp Chance, Brevard County Sheriff's PAL, and the Carleton Terrace Park Association.

Ron believes leadership starts with listening, teamwork, and showing up for the people you serve.
